[Cuis] Package updates for Cuis 4.1

Hi Folks,

StyledTextEditor fails in Cuis 4.1 due to the changes in Morphic. In the 
next days I'll publish an updated version.

I'll also publish a port of the OpenQwaq profiler for Cuis (it is really 
wonderful!).

Anybody trying packages on Cuis 4.1, please tell about the experience. 
Tell both about packages working ok, and those needing updates. If you 
can, maybe also update them, sending Git "pull requests" to the 
repository owner, or just sending code to package owner.
