[Cuis] [BUG] Can't click into empty class pane.

Repro:

Open a system browser.
Right click the category pane.
Click add item...
Type a new category name.
Accept.
Click in the class pane.

Actual:

Subscript was out of bounds. Here's what was on the stack:
