[Cuis] [ANN] Artefact for Cuis

[Germán Arduino]

Hi Folks:

Artefact is a light and fast framework for build a PDF file.

I ported it from Pharo and even when some tests are still failing (the same
that fail in Pharo) it's quite usable.
