[Cuis] [Test] List of packages for 4.1 (was Re: [4.1][Test] PetitParser)

He he, I don't know nothing about markdown / syntax here :)

About more packages I remember some announces in the list as Help System,
ProfStef, SSL, WebClient (BTW I tried yesterday, updated with the latest
stuff from Andreas but is far from be usable....).
