[Cuis] SocketStream error

Hi,

Running on my Mac w/ Cog, a simple use of SocketStream fails, saying SocketPrimitiveFailed: primSocket:connectTo:port: failed. I'm sure I'm missing something obvious. What do I need to do to make this work?
