[Cuis] SMTPClient is working in Cuis

[Germán Arduino]

That means that Cuis is able to send mails using an open or authenticated
SMTP servers.

The class is in Cuis-Netwwork-Protocols from this repo:
https://github.com/garduino/Cuis-Pharo14CompatibilityLayer

Remember that almost all here is work in progress, but still somethings are
already working ok.
