[Cuis] VM crashes trying #abandoneSources

Hi Guys:

I'm playing a bit with the steps to close an image to release a
commercial application.

I'm checking / adapting #disableProgrammersFacilities and other stuff.

In the process of shrink the image, evaluating #abandonSources (with
or without having evaluated #reduceCuis) the VM crashes (latest Cog in
Mac OSX with 4.1 #1619).

Any hint will be appreciated, thanks!
