Hi Folks,

I've just uploaded 21 updates and a new image to GitHub. Main news are:
- Several bugfixes, including one in copy-to-clipboard, reported by 
David Graham, and another in Debugger
- Pre-select user feedback in lists, both when clicking on an item and 
when navigating with the keyboard, after a suggestion by Tim Rowledge in 
squeak-dev
- Automatic hourglass mouse pointer when Morphic is busy
- Removed about 80 calls like 'Cursor wait showWhile: []', as they are 
no longer needed!
- Color stores now components as Float numbers. Added gamma computation 
and ivar 'colorSpace'. First step towards pro-level color handling.
- Added SocketStream>>crlf after request by David Graham (folks, please 
keep requesting useful convenience methods like this one!)
- Nice enhancements to Process. Now a Process can answer reasonably 
about its running state.
- Misc cleanup
