[Cuis] Install New Updates

Hi Guys:

Sometimes I miss the button to install the new updates in the current image
where I'm working.

After the addition of Bernhard from some days ago, I did a button to
install the new updates (as you can see in the attached pic).

I tested only in Mac by now, but I think that should work also in Linux and
Windows.

The .cs is attached also.
