[Cuis] persistence framworks for cuis

[Germán Arduino]

Currently seems that the only real error that need to be solved is the
SDMemoryStoreTests>>#testFindAllSubclasses.

The other error seems to be related with two consecutive executions of the
tests. I need to investigate also, but not seems a problem that prevent the
use of the package.
