[Cuis] Text paste into Unicode

I made PASTE a little smarter about pasting plain or Unicode text into a UniTextEditor or UniFileList.

In particular, a UniFileList may display a utf8 file as plain text (code font) or Unicode text (UniFont).  Pasting text should work properly with either plain or unicode text in the clipboard.

Probably not perfect, but sucks less..    ;^)
