#ColorEditor>>refresh needs #Form>>copyBits:at:translucent.

Was there a good reason to remove this?  

I could add code to do the function via #BitBlt>>copyBitsTranslucent: , but perhaps the simple thing would be to put copyBits:at:translucent back.
