[Cuis] [Ann] SIXX for Cuis

Hi all,

SIXX for Cuis is now available on GitHub.
https://github.com/mumez/Cuis-Smalltalk-SIXX

This is just an initial commit. So, please let me know if you find
some problems.
At least I've confirmed that all 127 unit tests were green.

SIXX is an XML serializer/deserializer running on various Smalltalk dialects.
You can store and load Smalltalk objects in a portable,
dialect-independent XML format.
