[Cuis] Shy Cursor

Hi Juan,

The cursor blinks as usual with Cuis4.2-2595.

With Cuis4.2-2621 the cursor appears for one beat then disappears. This occurs in code 
panes as well as text panes.

Cog is cogwin-15.22.3370 in both cases.
