[Cuis] Can't Delete File

Cuis4.2-2358; file in a package from a repo on the pc. Make changes.

Save the image to ward off evil spirits.

>From Installed Packages do Save (overwrite) and get a debugger with:

CannotDeleteFileException: Could not delete the old version of file 
C:\Squeak\Cuis\Terse\Cuis-Smalltalk-terse\TerseGuide.pck.st

Attempts to delete the file manually from 'Doze Explorer gets "The action can't be completed 
because the file is open in Squeak Cog Virtual Machine.

IIRC, Save (overwrite) succeeds provided it comes before a "Save Image".
