Hi Juan,

Thanks for fixing it so that #doOneCycleNow is no longer needed during initialization. 
The code reads much better.

Next time you build, please update from my repo:

	https://github.com/dhnorton/Cuis-Smalltalk-atoms

I made the following changes:

	- added #open method in case someone wants to bring it up from the browser 
or a workspace (old way no longer works).
	- HeaterCoolerAtoms no longer affect each other when they collide.
	- appearance tweaks to HeaterCoolerAtoms.
	- improved the initial movement and distribution of atoms.
