[Cuis] dynamic window manager

I've been using dwm.suckless.org for 10 years and I just had to have it in
Cuis. So, that's what I've been doing the last two days, and I had to do
some minor changes to the core in order to allow this level of
customization. In case there's some other tiling maniac like me who wants
to give it a try... although it's still a little rough, I'll be improving
it as I go by using it everyday :) Not sure it will work out-of-the-box
yet, I've done some changes that are not included in the package (like some
preferences and monospaced font)
