[Cuis] New Commit: FileMan adoption and tweaks

So now, for importing a new wallpaper, instead of doing:

| filename | 
        filename _ 'Pluto.png'. 
        self runningWorld backgroundImageData: 
                        (FileStream readOnlyFileNamed: filename) binary
contentsOfEntireFile. 

What Class and method should I use? Because FileStream>>readOnlyFileNamed:
is no longer there.
