[Cuis] VM Crashing when loading Themes pkg

Please use Cog #3370 as indicated in 
https://github.com/Cuis-Smalltalk/Cuis-Smalltalk-Dev/blob/master/Documentation/GettingStarted-UsingCommandline.md 
and other documentation there.
