[Cuis] Cuis-Base Package

Hi folks,

I get the same crash when loading Compression if I use Cog 3410 or 3427. 
I don't get the crash if I use 3397. But this version had another issue, 
when using AndreasSystemProfiler.

I'd say we need to use 3370 or earlier.

I'll ask Eliot to take a look.
