[Cuis] Bug in "Browse Unsaved Changes"

Not problem with install again and search the changes, are only 2 or 3. But
the problem is that if you take a new image (#1525) and install a package,
get a DNU: MessageNotUnderstood: ChangeSet
class>>existingOrNewChangeSetForPackage:
