[Cuis] IPFS on Smalltalk

I don't know why I wrote 'Squeak' -- too much reading, I guess. I meant
Pharo. My thinking was to make it work there first, then port to cuis and
newspeak if there is a benefit in doing that. Perhaps that's not the best
way to go about it. Any thoughts on this?
