[Cuis] Touch events, iOS, Android, etc

There's been a lot of chat on the Cuis list about multitouch interfaces, so I figured I'd share the code that Bert wrote to make Etoys work on iPad. Bert has given this code to the world under the MIT license for maximum awesomeness.

I had it working with a version of Cuis pre-3.0 but something went wrong after that. I don't understand the event system as well as I should, but I think I understand it well enough to say that Bert's image-side work should be pretty portable, and the VMs platform code just needs to map in, which is to say this code is proof of concept for more than just iOS, we should be able to use it as such for Android too. (Feel free to shoot me down on this, all.)
