[Cuis] Display of paragraph marks in methods coming from Monticello files (MSWindows)

I realize that this is not an issue for my workflow at the moment.

After I have installed a *.mcz package coming from Squeak (on
MSWindows) I indeed have the paragraph marks in all the source texts.

However I then save it as a *.pck.st (Cuis package).

I quit the Cuis image without saving and then after I have loaded the
Cuis packages the marks are no longer there.

So it works fine for me adding code from Squeak.
