[Cuis] Display of paragraph marks in methods coming from Monticello files (MSWindows)

When porting code from Squeak, keep in mind that doing cmd-a,
cmd-shift-u converts all line endings to Lf. If you do that on the
editor at the bottom of the FileList, you can convert a change set or
.pck.st file at once. You can't do that on MC packages, as they are zipped.
